Warranty Coverage

Elite Booth provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturer

defects in materials and workmanship.


The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Minor wood cracks, checking, or natural wood movement that do not impact structural integrity, safety, or serviceability of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any items that have been abused, neglected, or misused.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or environmental conditions.
  • Any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to reinstallation costs, labor, downtime, or lost profits arising from defective products.

Storage & Environmental Requirements

All wood tables and millwork must be stored in a climate-controlled environment at all times. 

If products are stored in a warehouse or storage facility prior to installation, they must be maintained in a climate-controlled facility with appropriate temperature and humidity controls. 

Any damage caused by improper storage, lack of climate control, or exposure to excessive humidity or temperature fluctuations will void the warranty. 

Warranty Claim Submission

All warranty claims must be submitted by emailing orders@elitebooth.com or using the form below. 


Each submission must include: 

  • Original work order #.
  • Clear photos of all items included in the claim, regardless of whether damage is visible on every item. 
  • Sizes & quantities of items on warranty claim. 
  • Any additional documentation reasonably requested to support claim evaluation. 


Incomplete submissions may delay review or result in denial. If using below form and multiple upload files exceed 15 MB, warranty claim must be submitted via email following the instructions above.

Claim Review & Decision

Elite Booth will review all complete warranty claims and provide a final decision within seven (7) calendar days of submission. 

Warranty Resolution Process

Once a warranty claim is approved: 

  • Elite Booth will prepare a Warranty Proposal for customer acceptance. 
  • The proposal must be accepted via signed proposal or signed order confirmation.
  • Items not approved under warranty may still be purchased by contacting orders@elitebooth.com.


Elite Booth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the approved warranty item(s). 

Freight Responsibility

Freight costs in all circumstances—including warranty replacements—will be the responsibility of the end user. 

Order Processing & Lead Times

  • All approved warranty item proposals will be processed in the order in which they are accepted. 
  • Warranty replacement items will ship within 6–8 weeks, subject to existing inventory availability at the time of processing.
