Elite Booth provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturer
defects in materials and workmanship.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
All wood tables and millwork must be stored in a climate-controlled environment at all times.
If products are stored in a warehouse or storage facility prior to installation, they must be maintained in a climate-controlled facility with appropriate temperature and humidity controls.
Any damage caused by improper storage, lack of climate control, or exposure to excessive humidity or temperature fluctuations will void the warranty.
All warranty claims must be submitted by emailing orders@elitebooth.com or using the form below.
Each submission must include:
Incomplete submissions may delay review or result in denial. If using below form and multiple upload files exceed 15 MB, warranty claim must be submitted via email following the instructions above.
Elite Booth will review all complete warranty claims and provide a final decision within seven (7) calendar days of submission.
Once a warranty claim is approved:
Elite Booth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the approved warranty item(s).
Freight costs in all circumstances—including warranty replacements—will be the responsibility of the end user.
